Group 3 RVP shift to 13.5 effective January 17

Beginning January 17, 2012, the Platts conventional unleaded and premium unleaded gasoline assessments for the Group 3 market will reflect 13.5 RVP.

The change is part of a seasonal shift in vapor pressure specifications.
