Lunar New Year publishing schedule for Platts Asia Metals

S&P Global Platts offices in Singapore and China will be closed on Feb. 1 and Feb. 2 for the Lunar New Year holidays, and there will be no daily iron ore, coking coal, steel, alumina, copper, and other nonferrous metals assessments published for those dates.

Weekly assessments published on these days will be brought forward to Jan. 31.

Platts in Asia will close its Market on Close assessment process early Jan. 31, and all assessments will be on 12:30 pm Singapore time (0430 GMT) basis.

Normal Singapore publishing schedules will resume Feb. 3.

The Platts CIF Japan spot and quarterly aluminum assessments will also close their MOC processes early Jan. 31, but will be published as per normal on Feb. 1 and Feb. 2, as these follow Japan and UK holiday schedules.
