Platts has conducted a review of its US Gulf Coast naphtha barge assessments and is committed to continuing to reflect conventions and practices applicable to this market. Based on a review of market feedback and subscriber comments, Platts is committed to use the waterborne US Gulf Coast conventional gasoline (M grade) assessment as the basis to determine its US Gulf Coast naphtha barge assessments with effect from January 10, 2014.
