Platts clarifies Manganese Ore assessment term

Platts issued, on Tuesday, January 10, a clarification to the specification and description for the manganese ore assessment which launched January 3.

The assessment should be Manganese Ore CIF China and the specification is on a cost, insurance, freight (CIF) basis North China, and not a CFR (cost and freight) basis, as previously advised and published.

Assessment codes AAWER00, AAWER04 and AAWER03 are amended accordingly.

All other specifications and terms remain unchanged, and there is no change to the price history.
