Platts discontinues publication of Basrah Light OSPs globally

S&P Global Platts has discontinued publication of Iraqi Basrah Light crude official selling prices globally from Jan. 5, 2022.

Platts understands Iraq's state marketer SOMO has halted exports of the grade from January 2022. SOMO no longer publishes OSPs for Basrah Light crude from December 2021.
