Platts on January 2, 2015 changed the size of its Medium Range clean assessments for cargoes moving from the Mediterranean to the US Gulf Coast and US Atlantic Coast, following its proposal to do so in July 2014.
Platts changed the size from 33 kt to 37 kt, reflecting the fact that the majority of fixtures seen on this route are now typically 37 kt in size.
These freight rate assessments are published in Platts Clean Tankerwire and on Platts Global Alert page PGT 1910. Please send any further comments or questions to tankers@platts.com and pricegroup@platts.com.
For written comments, please provide a clear indication if comments are not intended for publication by Platts for public viewing. Platts will consider all comments received and will make comments not marked as confidential available upon request.
