SUBSCRIBER NOTE CORRECTION: Lunar New Year publishing schedule for Platts Asia

(Corrects year in second para) Platts offices in Singapore and China will be closed January 31, 2014 for the Lunar New Year holiday, and there will be no oil publications or assessments from Singapore on that day. Additionally, Platts in Asia will close its Market on Close assessment processes early on January 30, 2014, and all assessments will be basis 12:30 pm Singapore time (0430 GMT).
