Platts to launch assessment of KEBCO/Russian Urals spread

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, will launch an assessment for the spread between KEBCO (Kazakh Export Blend Crude Oil) and Russian Urals, effective Jan. 18, 2023.

This will be a calculated value based on the difference between the Platts KEBCO assessment versus the Mediterranean Dated Strip (KBCOB00) and the Platts Urals CIF Mediterranean assessment versus the Mediterranean Dated Strip (AAGXX00).
