Platts published an assessment rationale for CIF Japan primary aluminum on Dec. 31, 2021 erroneously under the headline 'Platts Japan CIF Spot Aluminum Premium Assessment Rationale' on page 10 of the December 31, 2021 edition of Platts Metals Daily. which should be disregarded. This assessment follows both the Japanese and LME holiday publishing schedules. While the LME was open on Dec. 31, it was a public holiday in Japan on Dec. 31, so no rationale should have been published.
