Following industry consultation, S&P Global Platts has discontinued the daily spark spread table that publishes in Coal Trader, effective January 3, 2017.
Platts believes the spark spread's design was no longer relevant to the market. Platts is considering possible replacements, but is still studying several scenarios.
The relevant codes are as follows:
CTSS100, CTSS200, CTSS300, CTSS400, CTSS500, CTSS600; CTST100, CTST200, CTST300, CTST400, CTST500, CTST600; CTSU001, CTSU002, CTSU003, CTSU004, CTSU005, CTSU006, CTSU007, CTSU008, CTSU009; CTSU010, CTSU011, CTSU012, CTSU013, CTSU014, CTSU015, CTSU016, CTSU017, CTSU018.
