SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts changes its propane FOB seagoing assessment

Please note that Platts has made a number of changes to its propane FOB Seagoing pressurized assessment effective January 3, 2017.

Platts has standardized the name of the assessment across all publications and update the basis location. This announcement follows a decision subscriber note published on September 15, 2016.

NAME OF ASSESSMENT: In certain publications Platts described this assessment as Propane FOB Seagoing. Platts has standardized this to "Propane FOB NWE Seagoing."

LOADING BASIS: Platts also reflects a basis port of Tees, UK. Platts will reflect bids, offers and transactions from the Northwest European region. This replaces a previous standard that reflected an area represented by a triangle with Wilhelmshaven, Germany, Teesside, UK, and Le Havre, France, as its three corners.
