Subscriber note: Austrian CEGH gas assessments

From January 2013 Platts has moved the delivery basis for Austrian CEGH spot gas price assessments from Baumgarten to the Austrian Virtual Trading Point (VTP). This is in response to hub operator CEGH's decision to include the Baumgarten delivery point in a wider Austrian Virtual Trading Point from January 2013.
