Platts will use the following percentages in calculating the value of Renewable Identification Number credits to determine the value of its inside-duty US Atlantic Coast gasoline cargo assessments, beginning January 3, 2012: 8.02% for corn-based ethanol; 0.91% for biodiesel; 0.006% for cellulosic; and 0.3% for advanced.
These percentages correspond to volumes required to be used by obligated parties to be in conformance to the US Environmental Protection Agency-administered Renewable Fuel Standard for 2012.
