Platts to update midpoints for DR dispatch category codes

Effective December 21, 2009, Platts has updated the midpoint (c bate) in the European derivatives (DR) dispatch category for years 2003 through 2006.

Platts will update years 2000 through 2002 around the beginning of February 2010.
