New Duty+Rins assessments

The following codes were created in dispatch category PN.

They represent a Duty and Renewable Identification Number credit (Duty+RIN) assessment alongside each of Platts' existing US Atlantic Coast gasoline cargo assessments.

The assessments will reflect gasoline duty, RIN credits and import fees, including the Harbor Maintenance Fee, Merchandising Process Fee and Spill Tax, for each gasoline cargo assessed in the US Atlantic Coast.

The daily assessments can be found on PGA page 14, and in US Marketscan and Oilgram Price Report. Monthly averages will be published in Platts Monthly Price Average Supplement. Launch date is scheduled for January 3, 2011.
