Description changes, new calendar monthly average codes
Please be advised that Platts has changed the original description of the codes below ending in '03' as they were designated as calendar monthly averages. However, they are and have been pipeline cycle averages. Definitions have been amended to reflect that.
Platts has created symbols ending in '13' to reflect straight calendar monthly averages and has adjusted descriptions for daily assessments.
