Common conversion factor operators enhancements

On November 18, 2017, Platts is going to implement enhancements on the conversion factor operators, which appear in the weekly symbol files on Platts FTP site, Platts Market Center, and on request through Platts API Services. Currently, an asterisk (for multiplying) is populated as a default operator for the symbols which do not have a conversion factor. With the enhancements, the symbols without a conversion factor will have their operators removed from them. In some cases, correct operators will be applied to symbols which have a conversion factor.
