Platts introduces US pipeline cycle first month Mars crude

The following code was created in dispatch category RU. It represents the monthly average as calculated on the US pipeline cycle (the 26th of the prior month to the 25th of the current month).

This calculation will appear in the monthly World Crude Table in Oilgram Price Report (OPR).

Launch date is scheduled for November 29, 2010.
