New USGC CBOB codes

The following codes were created in dispatch category UG.

They represent daily assessments and monthly averages of CBOB pipeline spot prices in the US Gulf Coast.

The daily assessments will appear in the US Marketscan, Platts Oilgram Price Report and PGA page 19.

Monthly averages will appear in Platts Price Average Supplement.

Launch date is scheduled for October 1, 2009.
