New European natural gas codes, description/dispatch category changes

The following codes represent APX UK operations trading statistics for flow day.

The codes will be part of the EH category.

Existing codes for the datasets which are currently allocated to EG category were moved to EH dispatch category and have had descriptions changed to better reflect the dataset.

This data will be published on EPA 0795.

Launch date is scheduled for September 7, 2009.
