New Russian Netbacks data category, symbols effective October 3

As previously announced, Platts began publishing assessments and related information for Russian netbacks on August 19. Prices for these symbols appear on PGA pages 1342 for gasoline, 1552 for fuel oil, and 1432 for gasoil.

Effective Monday, October 3, this information will be available to data subscribers in a new Market Data Category - RN (Oil Products: Russian Netbacks). In addition to the new symbols in category RN, several existing symbols in category RA (Crudes: Russian Domestic Market) are being discontinued. For a list of them, see the second tab in the spreadsheet above.
