Market Data Category adjustments for Biofuels launch

As previously announced, Platts will launch its new Biofuels data service on September 1, 2012. The service will include two new Market Data Categories (MDCs) - BF for Platts biofuels assessments, and BX for 3rd-party biofuels data.

On September 1, existing biofuels symbols which are currently updating in other MDCs will move to the appropriate new category. For complete information on the planned MDC changes, click on the following links, or copy and paste them into your web browser:
