Petrochemical Standardizations

In keeping with efforts to have standardized descriptions, Platts has amended its petrochemical descriptions, added a close (mean) bate to all of its products and increased decimal places to three for its monthly averages.

A spreadsheet has been provided which has all the changes in RED.
