New Platts Market Data (FTP Dispatch) platform is now active

As previously announced, Platts has implemented a totally new file creation and FTP file delivery platform for its Market Data (formerly FTP Dispatch) service. The new platform is now fully in production.

Users who access the delivery site via the url (ftp.platts.com) will now be directed to the new platform. The new site was opened to users who must access the site via direct ip address on June 20.

In order to support users who may not have participated in the beta testing for the new site, the previous platform will remain available for at least 60 days at ftp-legacy.platts.com. If you experience any problems with the new site, we recommend that you switch to the legacy site and contact Platts support.
