Platts updates historic data to correct decimal places, transposed values

As part of an ongoing review of historic data sets, S&P Global Platts has identified certain data where low and high values recorded in the Platts database have been transposed. Separately, certain data points have been databased with incorrect decimal place settings in other Platts data.
