Description adjustment for Arab Heavy monthly average symbol

Due to an administrative error, the description for symbol AAISL00 (dispatch category RW - Crudes: Feeders Weekly) failed to indicate that it represents the monthly average for the weekly prices stored under symbol AAIGV00.

This error has now been corrected; the descriptions for both symbols are: Disp Symbol Freq Description RW AAIGV00 WA Arab Hvy FOB Spot Vs WTI RW AAISL00 MA Arab Hvy FOB Spot Vs WTI MAvg
