PRS (Platts Reference Standard) data UPDATE - Timestamp

S&P Global Platts is going to implement the following changes for PRS data on July 1st, 2016:

As the Market-on-Close (MOC) assessment time changes from 15:15 US Eastern to 14:30 US Eastern time, Platts will update the Timestamp on 7,281 symbols. The following PRS files will be affected as result, which are in the PRS folder on FTP site:

Oil_Reference_Data.csv Oil_Reference_Changelog.csv
