Platts discontinues IOHGC00

Effective June 9, 2011, Platts has discontinued IOHGC00 (see below).

Due to industry feedback, it was decided that a normalized value for this specification would not be published at this time.

If in the future industry feedback changes, Platts will reactivate this code.
