They represent the daily Platts assessment of NYMEX RBOB, heating oil and crude value at precisely 3:15 pm ET for months 1, 2, 3. Conversion factors are as follows:

Crude: to get $/gallons, divide by 42. RBOB and heating oil: to get $/Bbl, multiply by 42. Daily numbers will be published in Crude Oil Marketwire (COM)(crude only), North American Crude Wire (crude only), LP Gaswire (crue only), US Marketscan, Oilgram Price Report (OPR), Refiner, Latin American Wire Asia-Pacific/Arab Gulf Marketscan and in the Europe & Americas Petrochemicalscan for RBOB.
