Platts corrects effective date for Mexican constants

Platts has noticed an error in the forms used to input date and data for the following codes and constants.

Please be advised that we have corrected the forms problem and in doing so, Platts has deleted the data for August 2, 2010, and January 3, 2011, and has reentered the data with the correct dates of August 1, 2010, and January 1, 2011.
