Bate changes for APX power UK symbols

Starting April 27, 2011, the following symbols have switched to u bates to be consistent with other European exchange power symbols.

The data history under w bates (about 5500 data points) will be backfilled starting this week.

W bates will be removed after the history is backfilled.
