Added symbols to missing derivative midpoints

Effective April 11, 2011, Platts had backfilled 682 missing midpoints in the DR European derivatives category.

The original announcement sent out on April 11 did not contain the corresponding product codes.

We have included them now for your convenience to easily identify the products affected.
