New ferrochrome monthly average symbol

The following ferrochrome monthly average symbol has been created. It will work in conjunction with its existing weekly code (MMAEW00). It will appear in Platts Metals Daily, Platts Metals Week Notification Monthly Report, Platts Metals Alert PMA0664 and in Market Data category FA (Metals: Ferroalloys). It is scheduled to begin updating April 28, 2017, with the April monthly average.
