Additional ECB foreign exchange rate symbols and history backfill

As announced in February, Platts has started updating the ECB exchange rate symbols and available history (about 80,000 data points) will be backfilled starting March 30th.

In addition, the following symbols have been created in dispatch category FX, in order to backfill the history for the daily exchange rates between the Euro and the already discontinued currencies published by the European Central Bank (ECB).

As soon as the backfills are complete, these symbols will be discontinued.
