Additions to IODEX swaps

Platts has added 3rd quarter IODEX paper swaps and the switch spread for TSI (the steel index) swaps for all quarters and calendar year verus Platts swaps.

The daily assessments will appear on PMA page 1113.

Launch date is scheduled for March 1, 2012.
