This update to the specifications reflected by Platts' assessments reflects Russian government legislation to lower the sulfur specification for gasoline and diesel in the domestic Russian market.
Effective February 1, 2013, Platts will adjust its Russian domestic diesel FCA Moscow and FCA Ufa assessments to reflect Euro 3 product with a maximum sulfur content of 0.035% (350 parts per million).
