IPA Import volume symbol created

Platts will start archiving Chinese import statistics data for Isopropyl Alcohol, or IPA, as published by the China Customs Statistics Information Center. The statistics were already published on PCA365, but can now be found as well under code AAXJY00 in the Platts historical database.

Historical backfill will take place the week of January 20, 2014.
