M2M power hub name adjustment

The power hub Southwest Power Pool West (SPP West) for M2M curves has been adjusted to reflect the accurate covered area Southwest Power Pool (SPP). The affected symbols are in Market Data categories MQ and MY, with symbol codes starting with ESW. This doesn't change the content of the curves.
