Winds of up to 128 kph forecast
Wind generation to peak close to 15 GW
Spot prices 40% down on year
UK wind generation is forecast to average 13.8 GW through Monday and Tuesday as Storm Brendan works its way east across the country, National Grid data showed.
Gusts of up to 100 kph were already battering parts of the Republic of Ireland, Met Eireann said Monday morning.
