Jet fuel prices are convalescing despite an increase in scheduled flight capacity amid fears of a second wave of the coronavirus in some European countries.
European jet stocks, both inland and floating, along with imports, remain high relative to the poor demand environment, acting to dampen any price rebound.
S&P Global Platts Analytics expects the recovery to remain sluggish with demand for jet fuel likely to lag well behind that of road transportation fuels.
