Hurricane season is on its way in the Atlantic region. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration forecast near-normal numbers for tropical activity in the 2023 Atlantic hurricane season. But even near-normal numbers could tighten the US gasoline market, and disrupt oil production and trade flows.
