Refinery news roundup: Planned work underway at USGC's Motiva, Alliance plants

New York — Motiva's 603,000 b/d Port Arthur, Texas, refinery reportedly started maintenance earlier than expected this week because of a leak in their fluid catalytic cracking unit, market sources said. Planned work is also underway at several US Gulf Coast refineries, including Phillips 66' 253,600 b/d Alliance refinery in Belle Chasse, Louisiana, the company said.
