Lauren leads S&P Global’s sustainability business, empowering markets with sustainability intelligence to make confident business and financing decisions around evolving energy transition, climate and sustainability risks and opportunities.
Lauren leads S&P Global’s sustainability business, empowering markets with sustainability intelligence to make confident business and financing decisions around evolving energy transition, climate and sustainability risks and opportunities. She is an industry leader, early pioneer and globally recognized expert in the field of sustainable finance. She is a regular speaker and commentator at internationally renowned events including Davos, is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Energy Nexus and a member of the Taskforce for Nature Related Financial Disclosures.
Prior to joining S&P, Lauren was a member of the board and senior management team of Trucost, a pioneering environmental economics business. She was instrumental in growing the business from start-up to its market leading position. She was part of the board team that sold Trucost to S&P Dow Jones Indices in 2016 and was selected for the core start up leadership team creating the Horizons business in 2020.
Lauren’s early career was in the fund management industry and at the UK Government’s Department for International Development working on the Millennium Development Goals. She is the Chair of the Sumatran Orangutan Society and a member of the Board of S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC. Lauren holds a BA & MA from Cambridge University in Archaeology & Anthropology and an MSc in Anthropology & International Development from the London School of Economics.

Dr. Kieran Dobson holds a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from KU Leuven where he led a team of researchers studying social entrepreneurship and venture philanthropy, splitting his time between Belgium and India.
Dr. Kieran Dobson holds a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from KU Leuven where he led a team of researchers studying social entrepreneurship and venture philanthropy, splitting his time between Belgium and India. Kieran continues to publish academic research addressing the scalability, internationalization, and business model characteristics fostering impact for social enterprises including in the International Business Review, and the Journal of Cleaner Production. Before joining Horizons and S&P Global, Kieran was the Energy and Automotive ESG analyst at the asset manager RobecoSAM, where he identified, analyzed, and quantified financially-material sustainability aspects within these industries for the Corporate Sustainability Assessment and the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices. Today, Kieran is the Head of ESG Client Engagement for EMEA, engaging with internal and external clients on integrating, applying, and developing S&P Global ESG datasets, products, and research. Kieran specializes in partnering with financial service clients; engaging with clients representing various asset classes to implement ESG initiatives, themes, and data within their workflows and benchmarking to mitigate ESG risks, address ESG Regulations, and enhance their sustainability product strategies.
Furthermore, Kieran is the Global Head of Sustainable Stock Exchanges at Horizons, focusing engagements on Stock Exchanges and the Sustainable Stock Exchanges initiatives to facilitate partnership between Exchanges and S&P Global to help drive the sustainable finance market and enable Investor Relations teams. Central to this role represents identifying material sustainability details for private and listed entities, addressing both local and global nuances and to identify opportunities that will effectively represent the sustainability profiles of the local entities and both their listed and non-listed entities for wider capital market participants and contribute to the development of sustainable finance options through partnership with S&P Global.

Ayush leads the product portfolio management and commercialization of Corporate Sustainability Services at S&P Global Horizons. Based in Singapore, Ayush is responsible for implementing the product strategy and go-to-market initiatives for sustainability services related to climate disclosure & ESG reporting, carbon & environmental footprinting, and target setting. Previously, Ayush led the APAC client delivery team at Horizons where he provided oversight on the execution of climate change and sustainability related client engagements.

He has worked with multinational and cross-functional teams, covering operations, business development, sales, product management, and P&L management. Mazin has held senior leadership roles at General Electric and Baker Hughes. His background in policy and advisory is highlighted by his contributions to the Baker Institute of Public Policy in Houston, TX, and his senior advisory roles on energy transition, circular carbon economy, and the development of the national hydrogen strategy with the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Energy. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from KFUPM, an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School, and a Master of Energy Economics from Rice University.
