Global Head of Sustainability Research, Research & Development
Lotte Griek is Head of ESG Research Solutions, overseeing the build out of innovative ESG data sets and manages the Corporate Sustainability Assessment that underpins the S&P Global ESG scores that underpin a broad range of ESG Indices as well powering the ESG products offered by the various S&P Global divisions.
Lotte Griek is Head of ESG Research Solutions, overseeing the build out of innovative ESG data sets and manages the Corporate Sustainability Assessment that underpins the S&P Global ESG scores that underpin a broad range of ESG Indices as well powering the ESG products offered by the various S&P Global divisions.
Based out of Zurich, Switzerland, she manages a team of over 200 analysts operating in S&P hubs across the globe. She is a member of the ESG Methodology Committee at S&P and sits on the S&P Dow Jones Index Committee. Lotte has extensive experience working with corporates on improving sustainable business practices and has worked diligently with investors on integrating ESG data into their investment processes.
Lotte brings along more than 15 years of experience in sustainability research & ESG ratings. Prior to joining the SAM team at S&P over 3 years ago, she was Head of Sustainability Research at the Swiss ESG Ratings provider Inrate AG from 2016 to 2018. Before that, Lotte held the position of ESG Research Manager at Sustainalytics. Lotte is a regular speaker at international conferences on sustainability and leads workshops with stock exchanges, responsible investors and corporations on ESG, sustainable investing and corporate sustainability practices.

Head of Climate Markets and Policy Analytics
Roman Kramarchuk leads efforts at Energy to analyze the impacts of the energy transition – driven by policy changes and technology advancements – on the energy sector and energy market outlooks, with a special focus on clean energy (i.e. carbon markets, hydrogen, stationary storage, electric vehicles/alternative transport, renewables, etc.). He oversees the Energy Analytics Future Energy Outlooks – advising clients on energy transition and long term energy market views (including 2 degree scenarios) – and has led the GHG and North American Environmental Markets Services – offering insights into environmental markets & policies.

Prior to joining PIRA, now part of S&P Global Platts, he was at the U.S. EPA, developing key power plant and industrial emissions regulations at the Clean Air Markets Division. With both PG&E NEG and PA Consulting / PHB Hagler Bailly, he evaluated strategies regarding fuel choice, capital investments and trading. Roman also worked on international projects to develop power markets and regulatory capacity in the former Soviet Union and India. At the Federal Reserve Board, Roman analyzed trends in industrial production.
He has an M.P.P. from the Harvard Kennedy School and a B.A. in economics and B.S.E. in systems engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

McMahon began his career in global change by studying physics at Harvard University, and atmospheric chemistry at MIT under the guidance of Nobel Laureate Mario Molina.
McMahon went on to accumulate 10 years’ experience inside a multinational corporation, including managing Coca-Cola’s consumer marketing technology group. He then led three small technology firms as COO and CEO. He served for 6 years as Senior Advisor to the Director of NOAA’s National Centers for Environmental Information. He was CEO of The Collider – a groundbreaking nonprofit innovation center for climate solutions.

Lindsey Hall is Head of Thought Leadership at S&P Global Horizons, where she co-hosts the ESG Insider podcast and is a steering member of S&P Global's Diversity Research Lab.
She got her start in financial journalism writing for various Financial Times publications in London before joining SNL Financial in 2010, where she spent a decade covering financial news and regulation as a reporter and editor.
Lindsey holds a Masters from the London School of Economics.
