Omar Moufti, Director, is a member of the iShares EMEA Equity Product Strategy (EPS) team, leading the Sector, Thematics & Commodity strategy pillar. The team is responsible for providing insights, content, and analysis to drive our overall iShares commercialization. Omar joined BlackRock in January 2020 as the Thematics Index range Product Specialist.
Omar Moufti, Director, is a member of the iShares EMEA Equity Product Strategy (EPS) team, leading the Sector, Thematics & Commodity strategy pillar. The team is responsible for providing insights, content, and analysis to drive our overall iShares commercialization. Omar joined BlackRock in January 2020 as the Thematics Index range Product Specialist. This followed two years at EFG Bank in Switzerland, where he served as Senior Equity Specialist and helped set up the private bank’s advisory offering.
Prior to this, he spent 10 years in Union Bancaire Privée’s asset management division, across London, Hong Kong and Geneva, working as a portfolio manager, analyst and investment specialist for a number of its active equity ranges, and previously as a hedge fund advisor. Omar is a CFA and CAIA charterholder and holds a M.Sc. Economics from the University of Surrey, and a B.A. Economics from the American University of Beirut.

Ari Rajendra
Senior Director, Head of Thematic Indices
Ari Rajendra is Senior Director and Head of Thematic Indices at S&P Dow Jones Indices. He focuses on origination, product development and support of a broad range of innovative and sustainable thematic strategies. In his role, Ari works closely with the sales, marketing and global research & design departments to bring new ideas to market and to support the firm’s commercial initiatives.
Ari Rajendra is Senior Director and Head of Thematic Indices at S&P Dow Jones Indices. He focuses on origination, product development and support of a broad range of innovative and sustainable thematic strategies. In his role, Ari works closely with the sales, marketing and global research & design departments to bring new ideas to market and to support the firm’s commercial initiatives.
Prior to his current role, Ari was at Deutsche Bank (London) for 10 years. As the European lead for Delta 1 Strategy, his responsibilities included publishing content, marketing products and providing client solutions related to index and custom products. Additionally, Ari managed Deutsche Bank’s Global ETF Research product.
Ari was also at J.P. Morgan for four years, responsible for European Equity Index Research, and held further roles at UBS and a proprietary trading firm.
Ari has a master’s degree in electrical and information engineering from University of Cambridge.

Divya Mankikar
Global Head of Market Insights
Divya Mankikar is the Global Head of Market Engagement – Sustainability. She brings over 15 years of sustainable investment experience to S&P Global. She is responsible for leading S&P Horizons’s efforts to engage with policy makers, regulators, standard setters, multi-lateral agencies, trade bodies and key market participants.
She joined S&P Global from CalPERS as Head of Sustainable Investment and Climate Strategy in the office of the CEO. Divya is a co-founder of Climate Action 100+ - a global initiative supported by investors representing over $54 trillion that seeks a low-carbon transition through collaborative engagement of systemically important carbon emitters.
She holds a BA/MA from Boston University in Energy and Environmental Analysis, an International MBA in finance from IE Business School in Madrid, and an MA in Law and Diplomacy focused on business and human rights law from Tufts University’s Fletcher School.
