QUE$TOR 2025 Q3 Install Files
- Download the QUE$TOR install files
- Once download is complete unzip onto your machine
- Run the setup.exe file and follow the onscreen instructions

- Download the Release Notes which provide an explanation of the technical and cost changes in this release of QUE$TOR
- Download the Quick Start Guide which provides beginners guide instructions on how to operate QUE$TOR
- Download the Licensing guide which provides users and administrators instructions on setting up and activating licensing
- Download the Benchmarking report which provides an overview of the technical and cost changes a user is likely to see when running the latest release

QUE$TOR 2025 Licenses
- If you have been running QUE$TOR already then no licensing changes should be needed.
- If you are new to QUE$TOR or have just renewed your data and maintenance agreement then one or more licensing contacts at your company will have received an entitlement certificate email, the company's Entitlement ID. If you are unable to locate your entitlement ID, but believe you should have one, please contact QUE$TOR.
- The Help file and the above Licensing guide includes instructions on setting up and activating network and standalone licenses.
- If you are using network licenses you can download the S&P Global License Manager tool for installing and updating QUE$TOR licenses.
In addition to the QUE$TOR install files above, the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 and the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable are required prerequisites. These are often present by default but if required can be downloaded below.

.NET Framework 4.8
- The setup program will automatically detect if Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 is not already installed
- If required, download the .NET Framework install files
- Run the NDP48-KB4486153-x86-x64-ALLOS-ENU.exe file and follow onscreen instructions

Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2017
- The Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable is a required prerequisite
- If required download the install file
- Run the VC_redist.exe file and follow onscreen instructions
