With effect from January 4, 2010, Platts will start publishing assessments for the new East Siberian Pacific Oil (ESPO) crude oil exported from the Russian Far East port of Kozmino at the Singapore close.
This assessment will be published in addition to Platts' existing assessment at the London close.
Platts will also start publishing differentials to Dubai at the Asian close, and Dated Brent differentials at the London close.
The ESPO assessments reflect loadings 15-45 days forward from the date of publication.
Platts will continue to monitor the schedules and the logistics around the shipments.
