Platts excludes Top of Diamond trades from Transco, Leidy Line receipts indexes

Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, has begun excluding month-ahead Top of Diamond trades from the Transco, Leidy Line receipts monthly natural gas index (IGBIS03), as announced in a Dec. 17 decision subscriber note.

Effective flow date Jan. 1, 2026, and coinciding with the first day of January bidweek, month-ahead Top of Diamond trades are no longer included in the Transco, Leidy Line receipts monthly index (IGBIS03).

Day-ahead Top of Diamond trades will not be included in the Transco, Leidy Line receipts daily index (IGBIS00) beginning with next-day trades executed on Dec. 31, 2025, for flow dates Jan. 1-5, 2026.
