Platts clarifies the definition for Nederland load port in dirty tanker freight baskets

Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, clarifies the definition of the Nederland port used in dirty tanker freight baskets as consisting of terminals located along the Neches River channel.

Platts recognizes that the greater majority of crude export activity on Aframax ships loading in the Nederland region berth along the Neches River in between Beaumont and Sabine Lake.
