SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts to publish new PRB 8,800 coal price

S&P Global Platts will publish a new US PRB 8,800 coal price conversion in the Competitive Fuels table that runs daily in Gas Daily Market Fundamentals from December 26, 2017.

The new price will replace the daily CAPP Barge 12,000 OTC coal price conversion (symbol code GDCBS00) which will be discontinued on December 22, 2017.

The new price will be based on the daily PRB 8,800 OTC coal price that publishes daily in Coal Trader, and then converted into $/MMBtu. The new symbol is CTPRA00 and will begin publishing from December 26, 2017.
